wanderlust with you // board life

Our winter is not complete without a few weekend trips up north. I mean, you have to enjoy the snowy conditions that we endure all season here on the east coast or you'd go nuts. Vermont vacations with family and friends have come to include annual traditions so maj and memorable that I figured they were worth sharing.

I can finally see grass in our yard again, so chances are you don't have many more weekends left to get some skiing and boarding in, but you might want to bookmark this page for next winter (or maybe you're a year-in-advance planner like me).

Where to dine: The Garlic (doesn’t take reservations) & Peppinos.

Where to stay: Killington Grand (hotel on the mountain with spa amenities).

What to snack on: Slopeside chocolate covered waffles.

How to take a much-needed break: lodge life + pretty big bar tabs.

What to do: enjoy the view (and your company).

How to relax: Apres ski prosecco + salt water hot tub soak with an insane view (make sure to accessorize your bathing suit with earmuffs!)

Don’t forget: Some chairlift selfies.

What to hit up on your ride out: Hometown pancakes with Vermont maple syrup at Back Country Cafe.

*Side note: We also took a trip last Fall to Topnotch Resort and Spa in Stowe, Vermont to enjoy the foliage (which I would ABSOLUTELY recommend as well).

OHHH and now you can follow along on our adventures on Instagram #wanderlustwithyou - yippee!!
