I absolutely love the start of a new year and all of the energy that it brings. A new year is such a symbolic opportunity to reflect on the year past and gives us the chance for a fresh start.
This week I started reviewing the goals I set for myself in 2013 – and am so proud to share that the majority of my goals were not only accomplished – but exceeded!
I’ve also been busy this week meditating and taking inventory of my life. What’s still working, what would I like to change, what new challenges do I want to undertake?
Well, you know how much I love lists and the accountability of putting your goals on paper… so I’ve listed the 7 categories that I used to help set and achieve personal accomplishments in 2013 below (from Christine Comaford-Lynch's book, "Rules for Renegades"). Under each category I wrote 3-4 goals in present tense sentences (a manifestation technique I love).
- Free Time/Fun
- Personal Development
I’m about to get to work setting my 2014 intentions… join me!
Giving thanks for all the blessings 2013 brought and all that I know 2014 will bring.
Brace yourself – this year is going to be a wild one,
